In 2002, he was a Calihan Fellow at the Acton Institute for Study of Religion and Liberty. He is the translator into English of Antonio Rosmini Serbati's masterpiece The Constitution Under Social Justice. He has contributed to a wide range of publications, in Italian as well as in English, including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Financial Times, Economic Affairs, Markets and Morality.

Alberto
Mingardi is Managing Director of the Istituto Bruno Leoni, the Italian
free-market think tank, and a Senior Fellow with CNE. He sits on the
Scientific Board of the Fondazione Liberal, and on the editorial board
of the magazine Critica sociale.
