Warming :

Stagnaro will approach the question of climate change (global warming) using the classic journalistic methodology of the five Ws: Who exactly is making claims about climate change? What are the specific claims being made, and what is the science behind it? Where will the impacts of climate change policy be felt? When will we know the truth? Why are various groups motivated to change environmental policy?
Is this another case of the "Baptists and the Bootleggers"?
