Dr. Redwood is one of Europe's leading healthcare consultants and has studied health care systems in Europe as well as the United States, Canada, Brazil, India and Thailand.

Focusing on France, Germany, the UK and public sector health care in the United States, Dr. Redwood will discuss why, how and where health care is rationed.

Dr. Redwood was an expert witness in Ottawa at the Senate of Canada hearings on the repeal of compulsory licensing ['C-91'] in 1993; and at the House of Commons Health Committee hearings on the National Health Service Drug Budget in London in 1994. He has spoken at health care seminars and conferences in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Japan, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
